Partner, large Washington D.C. law firm

I'm a junior partner at a large firm. I have finally cracked six figures in bringing in revenue, but I have a long way to go to build it to the size that I want. I'm also unsure whether private practice is what I want to do for the rest of my career and wonder whether I'm more suited for an in-house counsel role.
